finally, the stuff i sent over via shipment has arrived! good grief, took them nearly 2 months to send!! according to the girl who replied to my queries, the girl who originally handled my case has resigned. so they need time to trace back her cases, which was what caused the delay… yeah, whatever lar.
anyway, here are some pictures while i unpack and organize my nest… i promise to take proper photos of my apartment once i get everything organized!
12 boxes in total. breaking sweat just thinking about the unpacking!
first thing i did was dig out my water boiler, boiled some water and made myself a cup of pei-pa-kou drink! :P and yay, no more having to go down to the common dining area to fill up my water tumblers with drinking water!
and just as i’m running out of books to read, my shelf is filled again! *happy*
wonder why i thought i’d need my umbrella and so many disposable raincoats in the desert…

hehe... actually i finished unpacking most of the boxes oredi. quite fast and easy actually, coz i have a large built-in wardrobe. now just left the food stuff and kitchen ware not unpacked, coz i still see kah-chuak in my kitchen, so dun wanna put anything there yet!
your library and mine totally unmatch.. keke

Wah.. those electrical appliances cannot buy there meh ah? Haha! You basically ship everything there. Just like my kawan who went to work in USA - she moved all her prized possession - including 3 large frames of a feather she found in the jungle of Borneo, and Mc Teddies that she framed up - I think 22 sets of them! Only to move everything back to KL after 9 months stint in USA, and now she's in London.
apparently dubai don't have these water boiler wor... according to my friend who came here one year ago lar. anyway, these are my stuff from my apartment in kl, so if i don't bring over, i'd need to bring home to m'ca. that means my mom will have 2 sets of everything, and i'll have none! so rather than having to buy everything all over again, better to ship over lor, since company paying for it. hehehe...
